The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the introduction and referral of the Professional by the Agency to the client.

The Agency agrees to provide the Professional with sufficient information about prospective clients and job descriptions. The Agency acts solely as an intermediary.

The Professional agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or identifying information related to the client or their family.

Any violation of this Agreement will result in liability plus all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by the Agency.

The Professional acknowledges they are not an employee of the Agency. The Professional may not accept employment from Agency clients without prior authorization.

The Professional agrees all information provided is accurate and truthful and authorizes the Agency to conduct background checks.

Clients are solely responsible for paying the Professional directly. The Agency bears no responsibility for payment disputes.

The agency charges one week salary to find you a job.

The Agency makes no guarantees regarding referrals. The Professional agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with fourteen (14) days' written notice.

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under Florida law. Jurisdiction: Palm Beach County, Florida.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
