A wonderful family in Central Boca Raton is seeking a loving, experienced, dependable, and professional Weekend Live-In Montessori Baby Nanny to care for their beautiful 5-month-old baby girl. This is a permanent, long-term weekend position for someone who wants stability and would like to become a trusted and consistent part of the baby's life as she grows. This is not a temporary or occasional weekend position. WEEKEND LIVE-IN SCHEDULE — FRIDAY AT 5:00 PM THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON The nanny must arrive at the family's home on Friday at 5:00 PM and remain at the home for the entire weekend, including sleeping overnight Friday and Saturday nights. The position ends on Sunday at approximately 3:00 PM–5:00 PM, depending on the family's needs. Friday: Arrive at 5:00 PM. Baby care from approximately 5:00 PM–7:00 PM. Sleep overnight at the family's home. Baby currently sleeps through the night. Saturday: Baby wakes at approximately 7:00 AM. Baby care from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Sleep overnight at the family's home again Saturday night. Baby currently sleeps through the night. Sunday: Baby wakes at approximately 7:00 AM. Baby care throughout the day. Position ends between approximately 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. IMPORTANT LIVE-IN REQUIREMENT: You MUST sleep at the family's home Friday and Saturday nights. This is a true weekend live-in position. Candidates who cannot commit to sleeping over for the complete weekend should not apply. MONTESSORI EXPERIENCE — MANDATORY: The family specifically requires a nanny with professional Montessori infant experience. Candidates must have hands-on experience working with infants using the Montessori method or have a professional background in Montessori infant teaching/education. The nanny should understand infant development, Montessori-style activities, independent exploration, sensory activities, tummy time, floor play, and how to create a calm and developmentally appropriate environment. Candidates without Montessori infant experience will NOT be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete care of the 5-month-old baby girl • Feeding and bottle preparation • Diapering and dressing • Following the baby's established feeding and sleeping routine • Montessori-inspired infant activities • Tummy time and developmental exercises • Age-appropriate sensory and learning activities • Encouraging safe independent movement and exploration • Supporting developmental milestones • Reading, singing, talking, and engaging with the baby • Washing and sanitizing bottles • Baby laundry as needed • Keeping the nursery and baby's areas clean and organized • Maintaining a loving, peaceful, safe, and stimulating environment PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This is a long-term weekend live-in position. You will arrive Friday at 5:00 PM and remain at the family's home, sleeping there Friday and Saturday nights, until approximately 3:00 PM–5:00 PM Sunday. The family is looking for someone who genuinely wants to establish a long-term relationship with the baby and family and can consistently commit to this weekend schedule. Montessori infant experience, fluent English, current CPR certification, a valid Florida Driver's License, and the ability to sleep over for the entire weekend are mandatory.
